- These students were seeking a solution that offered continuous monitoring, timely due date reminders, efficient management of late check-in fees, handling of replacement fees, and the elimination of check-in fees for rented books.
- The challenge at hand was to develop and implement a seamless book rental system that addressed these specific requirements effectively.

- Royal Cyber enabled the client's customers to select book rentals instead of buying them.
- After fulfilling the orders, the client is able to manage the entire rental process, which involves sending due date reminders, charging for late returns, replacement fees, and offering customers the option to check-in or buy the books.
- We implemented the following modules to the OMS system including Rental Order Capture, Order Modification, Returns, Rental DB Management, Check-in, Buyout, Refund Charges, and Rental Reports to address the client’s challenges.
