Introduction: The client was facing the challenge of replacing legacy work items management & source code management tools with over 100 of projects data stored in multiple systems. They were looking for a unified workflow to carry out their Initiative and Business Request processes.
Challenges: The client had to Migrate 150+ projects from ClearCase to CLM and migrate over 60k records from ClearQuest to CLM. They wanted a single solution that will have a unified workflow to carry out their Initiative and Business Request processes, with minimum manual intervention.
